LuXestream services the Chicagoland area. There is an additional for fee for travel beyond 50 miles of Chicago.

LuXestream provides the event space only. Lessee is permitted to bring alcohol and cold refreshments such as fresh fruits, deli, veggie platter, cheese trays, and pastry bites are permitted. No hot foods are permitted inside of the airstream. Lessee must supply all cups, paper goods, cutlery for the event.

The airstream is deep cleaned and sterilized before and after each event.

The Luxestream requires a minimum of 50 feet for delivery of the LuXestream. Lessee is required to ensure that there are no barriers to parking the LuXestream upon arrival.

The use of marijuana and all illegal drugs are prohibited inside of the LuxXestream.

The maximum number of guests inside of the LuXestream is 15 people.

No permits are required for the rental of the LuXestream. However, permits may be required for the location of your event. Please check with your local government. Lessee is responsible for any fees associated with securing permits.

Yes, the LuXestream will require access to an electrical outlet or generator. If there is no access to power at the event location, Lessee can rent a generator from LuXeStream for an additional fee.

A minimum age of 25 along with proof of ID. The use of LuXestream is for adults only.

The host is required to sign a waiver form on behalf of himself and his/her guests releasing LuXestream from liability of, any and all, physical injuries occurred in or outside of the airstream. During inclement weather, Lessee is required to ensure that the space is shelved, free from snow, debris and anything blocking the delivery of the airstream. LuXestream has the right of refusal if the space is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
